WTN Series · Wi-Fi and Bluetooth test instruments

Wireless Test Systems for Automated Validation

The WTN series puts Wi-Fi and Bluetooth test stations into one instrument: four independent channels in a 19-inch, 1 HU chassis, or a single channel in a compact half-width unit. Each channel works as a Wi-Fi station, access point or monitor and as a Bluetooth device, with direct RF access through SMA ports, and every function is controlled from your test system.

WTN-102 single-channel Wi-Fi and Bluetooth test instrument, half-width benchtop unit with two SMA ports
WTN-102 · one channel · ½ 19″, 1 HU
WTN-408 four-channel Wi-Fi and Bluetooth test instrument, 19-inch 1U rack unit with eight SMA ports
WTN-408 · four channels · 19″, 1 HU
1 or 4 independent channels 2 × SMA per channel, 50 Ω 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 Bluetooth 6.0 option

Features

Independent channels

Each channel runs its own test. Start, stop and configure channels separately, from one client or several.

Station, access point, monitor

Join the device under test as a client, host an access point for it, or capture frames passively.

Measurements with timestamps

Received level per network, client, frame and chain, link parameters, throughput and connection events.

Bluetooth on every channel

Classic and Low Energy discovery, pairing, GATT and Direct Test Mode. Bluetooth 6.0 Channel Sounding as option.

Calibrated RF option

Factory calibration of output power and received level per port and band, with a calibration certificate.

Fits your test system

Python and LabVIEW instrument drivers, REST and gRPC over LAN or USB, NI TestStand and pytest support.
